Réserve des Administrateurs is a brand of the Cave St Pierre in Valais, a premium wine that is vinified according to old winemaking traditions and modern technologies. The grapes for this wine include classic top vines from the region such as Cornalin, Humagne Rouge, Petite Arvine, Cornalin and Fendant. However, Cave St. Pierre also cultivates international varieties such as Syrah, which oenologist Thierry Ciampi knows exactly how to process. 

Cave St. Pierre is located in a giant stone arena at an altitude of over 3,000 metres and came into existence in collaboration with the talented winemaker Maurice Gay. Other Cave St. Pierre brands include a line honouring the estate's first winemaker, 'Maurice Gay 1883', and 'Creations'.
